Elizabeth Langley-Jones

Elizabeth Langley-Jones serves as the Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer at Baker & Baker since June 2020, overseeing sales, marketing, and R&D teams for European and international operations with a team of over 150 members across 13 geographies. Previously, Elizabeth held several senior positions at Barry Callebaut Group from January 2013 to February 2020, including Chief Commercial Officer for Continental Europe & International Markets and Vice President of Modern Trade & Food Service for Europe, along with a focus on food manufacturing in the APAC region. Early career experience includes roles at CSM Bakery Supplies Europe, MAGNA Specialist Confectioners Ltd, and Nestlé, where Elizabeth developed expertise in innovation, account management, and packaging technology. Elizabeth holds a BSc in Pharmacology & Business Management from the University of Leeds.
