Nicole Dekorne

Nicole deKorne began their work experience in 2009 as a Sales Team Lead at Target, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined M Bar C Construction as an Office Administrator and later took on roles as Field Administrator, Recruiting Coordinator, and Human Resources Coordinator. Nicole started working at Baker Electric in 2023 as a Union Compliance Specialist.

Nicole deKorne obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Palomar College. Additionally, they received certifications as a Certified L&D Specialist from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in February 2022, and as a Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist from the same institution in January 2022.
