John Deignan

John Deignan's work experience begins in 1989 when they worked as a Business Development Executive at Machinery Systems, Inc. John was responsible for market development and solution selling in the manufacturing industry.

In 1991, John joined Diebold Nixdorf as a Client Executive, where they marketed and sold financial self-service and electronic security solutions to major accounts in the Chicago market. John was promoted to a Client Executive in the National Accounts Group in 1995, where they managed multiple teams and was responsible for P&L performance.

In 1998, John was promoted to Managing Director of Diebold Proprietary Limited Australia, where they established and directed the daily operations of the Australian/New Zealand subsidiary, as well as other south Asian markets.

In 2001, they became the Managing Director of The Diebold Company of Canada, where they led operations for the company's Canadian subsidiary.

From 2003 to 2009, John served as the Vice President of Sales for North America at Diebold Nixdorf. John oversaw all commercial efforts and was accountable for financial self-service and electronic security sales and service.

In 2009, John became the Chief Marketing Officer at Diebold Nixdorf, where they played a role in enabling connected commerce across the financial and retail industries.

In 2013, John joined Americhem Inc. as President and Board Director. John led the company's global operations in providing custom color, additive, and specialty material solutions for the polymer industry.

Since 2017, John has been with Baker Hill as President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as a Board Director. John empowers financial institutions with SaaS solutions that streamline loan origination and portfolio management, as well as provide business intelligence and revenue enhancement solutions.

In the same year, John also became the Chief Executive Officer of Baker Hill, a Riverside Portfolio Company, where they continue to work.

John Deignan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Marquette University in the College of Business Administration in 1989. John then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in International Business from Roosevelt University in the W.E. Heller College of Business, which they completed in 1993.
