Paola Carvajal is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Climate Technologies Business Development Director at Baker Hughes since January 2023. Previously, Paola held the position of Senior Project Manager in Energy Transition at Roland Berger from April 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Paola worked as a Consultant in the Infrastructure and Energy Sector at the Inter-American Development Bank between October 2019 and April 2021. Spanning nearly a decade at Arthur D. Little, Paola advanced from Consultant to Manager and later to Principal in the Global Energy Practice from June 2010 to October 2019. Paola holds a Master’s degree in International Development Policy with a focus on Energy from Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
