Sanni Vanttinen

Sanni Vanttinen has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Sanni began their career as an IT Consultant at Prog-It Oy in Helsinki, Finland from January 1999 to June 2001. Sanni then joined Clifford Chance as a Project Manager/Intranet Coordinator from September 2001 to March 2004, and later as a Global Intranet Manager from April 2004 to September 2014.

In 2014, Sanni joined KPMG UK as a Portal, Mobile, and Content Lead, where they worked until December 2018. During this time, they gained experience in managing and leading various projects.

Since 2018, Sanni has been associated with Baker McKenzie, initially as a Transformation Leader from December 2018 to June 2021. Subsequently, they took up the role of Senior Project Lead from April 2020 to June 2021, managing global projects as part of an integrated PMO.

Currently, they hold the position of Director of Knowledge Operations at Baker McKenzie, starting in July 2021. In this role, they are responsible for leading the firm's Knowledge operations, managing Knowledge Center services, and aligning them with the firm's strategy and global Knowledge strategy. Additionally, they support the Global Director of Knowledge in building the value proposition and brand for the Knowledge function while ensuring consistency in service execution across locations.

Sanni Vanttinen completed their primary and secondary schooling, including A-levels in subjects such as maths, science, English, French, Swedish, and Finnish, at Lycee Franco-Finlandais d'Helsinki from 1981 to 1994. Sanni then attended the University of Helsinki from 1994 to 2001, where they earned a BSc and MSc in Computer Science. In addition, they obtained MSP® Certifications in both Foundation and Practitioner levels from PeopleCert, with the Foundation certification obtained in 2020 and the Practitioner certification obtained in 2021.
