Stephen Craggs

Stephen Craggs has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Stephen started their career at SELEX Systems Integration Ltd as a Senior CBT Designer from September 1997 to August 2000. Stephen then joined PA Consulting Group, where they held the role of Training Manager from August 2000 to April 2006. Stephen then became the Global Head of Training and Development at PA Consulting Group from April 2006 to March 2014. Currently, they are working at Baker McKenzie, where they have held various roles, including Global Director of Leadership and Learning since January 2019 and Head of Learning and Development for the London office since April 2014.

Stephen Craggs attended de Ferrers High School from 1986 to 1992. From 1992 to 1996, they studied Mechanical Engineering, Manufacture and Management at the University of Birmingham and obtained an MEng and Man degree.
