Tracey McCabe

Tracey McCabe has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Group Human Resources Director at The Mount Charles Group Limited since August 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Group Human Resources Director at KN Group from May 2018. tracey also held various positions within the company, including the Group Head of Human Resources at KN Network Services from July 2015. Before joining KN Group, Tracey worked as the Director of Human Resources at Baker & McKenzie from January 2015. tracey also served as the Head of Human Resources at Lagan Construction starting from October 2012. Tracey's earlier experience includes working as the Human Resources Manager at Depaul Ireland from January 2009 to October 2012 and as the Assistant Manager Human Resources at Simon Community Northern Ireland from September 2005 to January 2009.

Tracey McCabe completed their education with a PhD in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Kent in the years 2009 to 2014. Before that, they obtained a Master of Science in Human Resources and Development from the University of Manchester, School of Environment and Development from 2002 to 2008. Tracey also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queen's University Belfast, earned from 1998 to 2002, as well as a Diploma in CIPD obtained from Queen's University Belfast from 1995 to 1998. Their earliest degree is a BMus Honours in Music from the University of Ulster, completed from 1992 to 1995.
