Chef Assem is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at هوسبيتالتي since October 2022 and Executive Sous Chef at Hotel THE G since June 2019, Chef Assem has also held the position of Sous Chef at Baky Hospitality from January 2016. Previous roles include Sous Chef positions at Sochi Hotel and Moscow Hotel, as well as Chef de Partie at Novi Yurngoy Russia and in Saint Petersburg. Chef Assem began the culinary career at JW Marriott Cairo as Demi Chef. Academic qualifications include a leadership consultancy degree from جامعة عين شمس and training at the British Academy of Tourism and Hotels.
