The executive team at Balance Re has a history of working in various finance and software development positions. These include working as a software engineer at BlackRock, a senior Java developer at Travelfusion, and a software developer at Grammarly. The team also has experience working in fixed income derivatives at BNP Paribas and Bear Stearns / J.P. Morgan, as well as in fixed income sales at Merrill Lynch. In terms of education, the team members have degrees from Poltava National Technical University, University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
