Rickie Banning

Rickie Banning has extensive experience in organizational development, coaching, and training, currently serving as a Behavioral Health provider at Logistics Health Incorporated since September 2018, supporting military deployments. Rickie has been with aodglobal LLC as Principal HR-Organizational & Business Coach-Consultant-Trainer since January 1990, delivering customized consulting services across various sectors globally. Additional roles include Corporate Trainer at Balancing Life's Issues and Workplace Options, and Adjunct Faculty in Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University. Previous experience encompasses teaching at the University of Phoenix, directing WorkLife Hawaii's EAP, and a senior HR role at the US Postal Service, focusing on productivity and employee satisfaction. Rickie holds an MSW from The Catholic University of America and a BA in Psychology and English from the University of Maryland.
