Laurie Rhoton

Laurie Rhoton has over three decades of experience in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as ERP Architect for Operations and Project One Core Team Lead - Supply Chain at Balchem Corporation since July 2016. Previously, Laurie held the position of Supply Chain Analytic Systems Manager at the same organization. Prior to Balchem Corporation, Laurie worked at Balchem Human Nutrition & Health as Planning & Inventory Manager from June 2008 to June 2016, and at Givaudan as SAP Procure-to-Pay Key User and Product Supply Chain Manager from October 2001 to May 2008. Laurie's career began at Sensient Flavors as Materials Manager from June 1989 to September 2001. Laurie earned an MBA/BBA in Marketing & Production/Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1987 and 1992.
