Zoe Wexelman

Zoe Wexelman is an experienced food scientist currently serving as an Associate Food Scientist at Balchem Corporation since August 2022. Prior to this role, Zoe was a Pilot Lab Specialist at Roquette from February 2021 to July 2022. Academic experience includes positions as a Chemical Engineering Peer Advisor and as a Sensory Lab Technician and Research Assistant in the Food Virology Laboratory at the University of Florida. Zoe also held various leadership roles, including Treasurer for the Department of Chemical Engineering and Assistant Vice Chair of Programming for Student Government Productions. A Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Food Science was earned from the University of Florida between 2016 and 2020. Early work experience includes serving as a Director of Scheduling for Student Government Productions and a Hostess at Uncle Tai's from November 2014 to January 2018.
