Giacomo Barbot

Giacomo Barbot is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the EMEA HR Director at BALENCIAGA since September 2023. Prior to this role, Giacomo worked at Loro Piana from February 2019 to August 2023 as DRH for France, Monaco, and Germany. Giacomo also held the position of EMEA HR Director at Brooks Brothers from April 2014 to January 2019, along with previous roles at Ermenegildo Zegna between July 2007 and March 2014, which included HR Retail Manager for Italy and France, HR Plant Manager, and HR Manager for Head Office Functions.
