Laura du Rusquec is the current President, EMEA & Chief Retail Officer at Balenciaga. Laura has over 10 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry, having worked as a Global Brand Director, Strategy Director, and Project Director. Prior to their work in the fashion industry, Laura was an analyst at Morgan Stanley for three years.

Laura's career in the fashion industry began in 2009 when they became a Senior Associate in Strategy at Gucci Group. Laura spent two years there before becoming the Global Brand Director - Marketing and Merchandising at Pomellato in 2013. Laura stayed at Pomellato for three years before moving to Kering, first as the Strategy Director - Luxury Couture & Leather Goods division in 2016 and then as the Strategy Director for Business Development and M&A in 2017. Laura joined Balenciaga in 2018 as the President, EMEA & Chief Retail Officer.

Laura du Rusquec attended the ESSEC business school, a grande ecole specializing in finance and law. Laura also attended the Henri IV prep school in Paris and the Lycée Janson de Sailly.
