John Mizioch

John Mizioch has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. John started their career in 1990 as the Chef/Manager at Mizioch-Witham Caterers, where they specialized in offsite catering for large events. In 2000, they became the Business Owner of Double J Home Services before transitioning to the hospitality industry. John worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Anchorage Inn in 2017 and later became an Engineering Supervisor at Destination Hotels-Two Roads Hospitality. In 2018, they served as the Environmental Service Manager at Atrium at the Cedars and then as the Engineering Manager at The Atrium at The Cedars. John subsequently worked as the Director of Environmental Services at Durgin Pines in 2019. Prior to their current role, John worked as the Chief Engineer at Lebanon KOA. Currently, they hold positions at Balfour Beatty Communities as the Facilities Manager and as the Director of Facilities since 2023.
