Steve Maxwell

Steve Maxwell has a diverse work experience in facilities management and maintenance roles. Steve is currently serving as the Regional Facilities Director at Balfour Beatty Communities since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Maintenance Director at Hunt Companies, Inc from August 2019 to October 2021. From February 2017 to July 2019, they held the position of Facilities Director at Corvias Military Living, LLC. Steve also served as the Director of Maintenance at Campbell Crossing LLC from November 2003 to February 2017 and as the Quality Control Manager at WinnCompanies from November 2003 to November 2006. Steve began their career as a Maintenance Supervisor at SWH Properties from 1999 to September 2003.
