Esther Hazel

Esther Hazel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, manufacturing strategy, and continuous improvement across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Aerosol Manufacturing Excellence at Ball Corporation since 2020, Esther has implemented a global operational excellence model. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Manufacturing Strategy at Ball Corporation, where strategic planning and cross-departmental data visualization were a focus. Esther held various leadership roles at PCC Structurals, Inc., Mondelēz International, Anheuser-Busch, Nestlé, Anthony International, PepsiCo, and Sony, overseeing key initiatives in lean manufacturing, project management, and equipment reliability. Esther holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, an MBA, a Certificate in Food Science, and is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
