Sarah Stevens McIpd

Sarah Stevens MCIPD has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sarah is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Ballards LLP since April 2020. Prior to this, they were the Director & Lead HR Consultant at Teme HR Consultancy Ltd from January 2018 to January 2021, where they provided tailored HR solutions to small and medium companies. Sarah also served as a Trustee at CLIFTON-UPON-TEME NURSERY LIMITED from May 2016 to June 2019, ensuring the wellbeing of children, parents, and staff by providing HR advice.

Before their role at Ballards LLP, Sarah worked as an HR Projects Manager at Wesleyan for a short period from March 2018 to August 2018, where they provided interim support through Teme HR Consultancy. Prior to that, they were an HR Business Partner at Senoble from December 2016 to November 2017, responsible for delivering HR services in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Sarah gained extensive experience at G4S, where they served as an HR Business Partner from June 2015 to December 2016 and as an HR Projects Manager from April 2010 to May 2015. Before joining G4S, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Interservefm Ltd, where they held various roles, including HR Manager, Head of HR, and HR Business Partner. Sarah also worked as an HR Manager at MacLellan International Ltd from September 2001 to June 2006.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in providing effective HR solutions to support business operations. Sarah'sexperience spans across different industries, from healthcare to security services, and they have proven experience in managing HR projects, supporting organizational restructuring, and delivering tailored HR services.

Sarah Stevens MCIPD completed their education with a HND in Business and Finance from the University of Portsmouth in 1992-1994. Sarah later pursued a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Winchester in 1994-1995. Sarah then attended Worcester College of Technology from 1998-2000, earning their CIPD qualification.
