Randi Mølager

Randi Mølager has extensive experience in leadership development and research, currently serving as Projektleder for Ledelsesudvikling og -forskning at Arizona State University while also being a board member of the Arizona Ballet Contemporary Council. Randi's previous roles include Centerchef for the Center for Ledelse og Oplevelsesdesign at Professionshøjskolen Absalon, where responsibilities encompassed the research and development of leadership programs. Randi has held various leadership positions in Slagelse Kommune, focusing on strategic development, director support, and organizational change. Educational qualifications include a Cand.Scient.Pol in Political Science from Syddansk Universitet, a Master of Management Development from Copenhagen Business School, and a Diplom i Ledelse from University College Sjælland, among others.
