Faiha Larasanti

Food Scientist at Balletic Foods

Faiha received her Bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly SLO, and through her time as a student and a worker has gained experience in many sectors of food science, including product development, quality assurance, and sensory science. Previously, Faiha has worked as a lab assistant on Cal Poly’s Sensory team, a product development intern at Lyons-Magnus, and a quality lead and production assistant at Etto Pastificio. She has a significant interest in creating sustainable foods and is eager to grow with Balletic Foods in its endeavor to create them.
