Logan Demott

Logan is currently the Strain Development Lead at Balletic Foods. He grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, and is an avid KC Chiefs fan. Logan received a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri and his Ph.D. from UC Davis, with expertise in biochemistry, microbiology, and plant biology. He loves to logicize and strategize in the realm of entrepreneurship and innovation, and his professional interests include sustainability in food and agriculture, with a focus in biotech and cellular agriculture.
