Paul Carballosa

Paul Carballosa has extensive work experience in facilities management and engineering roles. Paul is currently the Corporate Vice President of Facilities at Bally's Corporation since July 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Facilities at Atlantis The Royal starting from March 2021. From January 2011 to March 2020, they served as the Vice President of Facilities at Aria / City Center Las Vegas. Paul also held various leadership positions in engineering and operations at La Quinta Resort & Spa and PGA West, Bellagio Hotel and Casino, Ritz-Carlton Hotels of New Orleans, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Spa in San Juan PR, Hawk's Cay Resort & Marina, and Doral. Their roles have encompassed director-level positions and project director responsibilities.

Paul Carballosa obtained a Certification in Environmental Engineering from Florida International University between 1988 and 1991. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1985, they attended the Community College of the Air Force to study Engineering.
