Dmitrij Kaidalov has extensive work experience in the field of software development and system architecture. Dmitrij started their career in 1997 at JSC "Norvik Banka," where they worked as the Deputy of the Information-analytic department and later in the Information Technology Department. In 2009, they joined AS Latvijas pasta banka as a Bank's system PS consultant, architect, and developer, staying with the company until 2019.
In 2012, Dmitrij Kaidalov worked at SIA IDEALIT as a Software Developer, specializing in wind turbine communications, monitoring, and control. From 2014 to an unspecified end date, they worked at SIA GRVCP as a Software and Hardware architect and developer, focusing on wind turbine monitoring and control software.
In 2018, Dmitrij Kaidalov transitioned to Baltic Amadeus and Luminor Group, working as a Senior Developer in both companies. Currently, they are employed at IBM as a Lead System Architect, leading an international team in re-platforming OpenEdge-based systems from Oracle Solaris to Linux, with a particular emphasis on AWS relocation. Their responsibilities also include automating environment builds on AWS, streamlining database migration processes, and ensuring the seamless deployment of applications and services.
Dmitrij Kaidalov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Riga Aviation University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
