Caitlin Harvey

Caitlin Harvey, P.E., PMP, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and customer solutions, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Solutions & Customer PMO at Baltimore Gas & Electric since March 2016. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager and Supervisor Commercial & Industrial at the same company, regional engineering project lead at Smartlink, LLC, and project manager with Bechtel Corporation overseeing engineering scopes for the AT&T Mobility 4G LTE initiatives across multiple markets. With a foundational background in civil engineering, including significant design projects at Dewberry and Mott Associates, Caitlin holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
