Kelly Rice

Kelly Rice is an experienced office administrator currently employed at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. since October 2024. Prior to this role, Rice served as a Community Associate at Common Desk from July 2023 to October 2024, and participated in a Leadership Development Internship at RippleMatch from August 2022 to July 2023, where selection occurred from a large pool of candidates. During the internship, Rice worked closely with RippleMatch's leadership, utilizing various growth strategies to enhance user awareness on campus. Additionally, Rice gained experience as a Summer Support Administrative Assistant at St. Theresa Catholic School in 2019. Kelly Rice holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in History from Texas A&M University, completed in 2021, and attended St. Agnes Academy for secondary education from 2014 to 2018.
