Jason Velasquez is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in executive roles across various esteemed establishments. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Bamboo Sushi since June 2023, Jason co-owned Densetsu by JV from April 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included menu curation, inventory management, and private dining operations. Prior to that, Jason held significant positions such as Chef, Creator, and Artist at Densetsu Omakase, and Executive Chef at notable venues including Tamari Bar, Ikina Sushi, and Stone Lounge.
