Raffael Cremona

Raffael Cremona has held various roles in the financial and IT industry. Currently, Raffael is the Vice Direttore, Procuratore, and Membro dei Quadri at BancaStato. Previously, Raffael worked at Avaloq Sourcing as the Head of Service Operations and Senior Service Delivery Manager IT Operations. Before that, Raffael was a Team leader at Banca dello Stato del Cantone Ticino. Throughout their career, Raffael has gained experience in service management, incident management, service design, problem management, and continuous service improvement. Raffael has a Diploma in Banking+Finance for IT Specialist from Centro Studi Bancari and an IT Engineer degree from Scuola Tecnica Superiore.
