Lizanka Zeballos

Lizanka Zeballos serves as the Head of Project Management Office at BICSA Panama since March 2015, where responsibilities include managing the organization’s strategic project portfolio and developing a team of coordinators skilled in project methodologies. Prior experience includes roles as PMO Manager at First Data Corporation, overseeing client project portfolios across Central America and the Caribbean, and as Gerente de Relación, managing strategic relationships with top-tier local bank clients. Earlier work experience includes positions as Gerente de Proyectos and Administradora de Proyectos at Morgan & Morgan, coordinating technology and software project implementations. Lizanka holds a Diplomado in Project Management from the University of Louisville Panamá, an MBA in Strategic Management from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá, and a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá.
