Julia Brookover

Julia Brookover's work experience includes roles at multiple organizations. Julia currently works at Bandwango as a Client Operations Specialist, where they collaborate with Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) to determine project needs and ensure the final product aligns with their marketing strategies and goals. Julia manages project lifecycles, provides ongoing project maintenance, and assists with timelines and future projects.

Prior to joining Bandwango, Julia was a Support Administrator at the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities. In this role, they supported over 33 individuals and their families in accessing necessary services and managed a budget of over $1.5 million.

Before that, they worked at Rose-Mary as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional. Here, they managed group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities, assessed their needs, and utilized person-centered planning. Julia also trained and supervised staff members, including performance improvement coaching.

Julia's professional journey also includes a role as an Employment Specialist at the Vocational Resource Center. In this position, they supported job seekers with disabilities in identifying job goals, developing job skills, and securing employment through training and application management. Julia also built relationships with employers and provided on-the-job support.

Julia Brookover completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at The University of Toledo from 2012 to 2015. Julia then pursued their Master of Science degree in Behavioral Health at the University of South Florida from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, during the same period at the University of South Florida, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behavior Supports.
