Rajtej Tatavarti

Rajtej Tatavarti is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at Banff Lodging Company since March 2019. Prior to this role, Rajtej held positions such as Sous Chef at Rimrock Resort Hotel from July 2011 to March 2019 and Chef de Partie at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort and Inns of Banff between April 2014 and March 2019. Rajtej began culinary training as a Demi Chef at One To One Hotels and Resorts and completed a culinary internship at JW Marriott, where experience was gained in various dining environments. Early career experience includes working as Commi 1 at Le Royal Meridien.
