Paul Tola

Paul Tola is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at IPIC Theaters since February 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Executive Chef at Oliva Restaurant Group from March 2021 to March 2022 and served as Regional Executive Chef at Legacy Ventures Hospitality from January 2020 to March 2021. With a significant tenure at The Cheesecake Factory, Paul worked as Executive Kitchen Manager from December 2013 to January 2020 and previously from September 2002 to October 2013, also holding the title of A.E.K.M. During earlier career stages, Paul managed kitchens at J. Alexander's Restaurants and Houstons Restaurant, showcasing a solid background in kitchen management since 1984. Paul Tola earned a Serv-Safe Certification from Johnson County Community College between 2013 and 2017.
