Sam White

Sam White has extensive experience in the culinary field, serving as Group Executive Chef at Fortnum & Mason from September 2020 to September 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple chef roles, including Head Chef at 45 Jermyn St. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Chef and Group Head Chef at HIX Restaurants from October 2016 to September 2020, and Head Chef at Restaurant Associates UK from September 2015 to September 2016. Sam began a career in the culinary arts as a Sous Chef at the French Embassy in the United Kingdom from September 2010 to August 2015 and held the position of Chef de Partie at Scotts Restaurant from January 2009 to January 2010.
