Denise Caputo is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles since 2001. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Banfi Vintners, Denise has a strong focus on employee coaching, benefits administration, and employee relations management. Previous positions include co-founding Fandomize.com and serving as Managing Editor, alongside roles at Fan Fest, Newsday Media Group, and Kings Building Material, where Denise managed recruitment, payroll, compliance, and benefits programs.
