Elaine Shuttleworth

Elaine Shuttleworth is an experienced operations manager currently with Bangor University since November 2019, where roles have included Operation Manager, Deputy Operation Manager, and Project Support Officer. Prior to Bangor University, Elaine held positions as Project Support Officer and Front Desk Reception & Operation Support Officer at Gaia Technologies plc from May 2015 to October 2019, and worked as a Senior Call Centre Agent & Outbound School Book Club Sales Officer at Book People from January 2008 to May 2015. Elaine has pursued further education in project management, completing a Higher Apprenticeship at Llandrillo College and obtaining several qualifications from The Knowledge Academy, including the APM Project Fundamentals and Project Management Qualifications.
