Satyo Utomo is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People Experience and Policy Manager at Amar Bank since January 2021. Previously, Satyo held the position of People Policy Specialist and served as the Industrial Relation Supervisor at PT. Tunas Ridean Tbk from October 2018 to January 2021. Early career experience includes working as an HR Officer at Siam Cement Group (SCG) from September 2015 to September 2018, specifically for PT. SCG Readymix Indonesia (Jayamix by SCG). Satyo Utomo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, completed in 2014, and completed high school at Kolese Gonzaga with a focus on social studies.
