Kate Etinger

Kate Etinger is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bank Leumi. In this capacity she is responsible for setting and delivering the strategic people and culture agenda in line with business strategy and priorities of the Bank. Kate and her team drive Bank Leumi’s human capital management strategy, including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, as well as employee engagement programs to support the company’s continued growth and unique culture.

Prior to joining Leumi, Kate held senior human resources positions at Fiserv, Citibank, HSBC and other global financial institutions.

Kate holds an executive master’s degree in human resources leadership from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Long Island University. Kate is on the Board of Directors of the Hebrew Free Loan Society, a New York organization that helps fostering economic self-sufficiency and stability among New Yorkers in need through interest free lending.
