Omri Offer

Omri Offer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Omri served as a Legal Intern at Shavit Bar-On Gal-On Tzin Witkon, Law Offices from 2007 to 2008. Omri then joined Bank Leumi בנק לאומי as a Relationship Manager from 2009 to 2012. At Bank Leumi USA, they held multiple roles, including Senior Credit Officer from 2012 to 2016 and Senior Vice President, Chief Regional Credit Officer, International and Technology Banking from 2016 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for leading the credit team, ensuring portfolio growth, managing risk, and developing high standards for underwriting and credit monitoring. Omri also played a vital role in providing recommendations on complex credit issues and ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines. Starting from 2022, Omri Offer joined Valley Bank as an SVP & Senior Credit Officer.

Omri Offer has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Reichman University. Omri also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the same university. Additionally, Omri has obtained the certification of Attorney at Law from the Israel Bar Association in the year 2008.
