Stephen Serber

Stephen Serber has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry, specializing in real estate lending and asset management. Stephen started their career at Gibraltar Savings Bank in 1980, where they served as an Assistant Portfolio and Production Manager, overseeing a team of loan officers and handling the sales of REO commercial properties. In 1988, Serber joined Capital Bank of California as a Vice President, responsible for loan production, property management, and funding of construction loans. Stephen then moved to Bank of America in 1992, where they worked as a Vice President, managing and selling real estate trust assets, financing single-family developments, and selling REO properties. Serber's most recent position was at Bank Leumi, where they served as the First Vice President, Relationship Manager since 2000. In this role, they specialized in real estate lending for income properties, such as apartments, industrial, office, retail, and mobile home parks, closing $500 million in commercial property loans over the past five years.

Stephen Serber attended the University of Southern California from 1973 to 1977, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
