Don Yeisley

Don Yeisley has extensive work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Don started their career in 1989 as a Proxy Processing Representative at ADP. Don then joined American Stock Transfer & Trust Company as a Manager in the Proxy Processing Department. In 1994, they moved to UBS Wealth Management as a Consultant and later took on roles as Settlements Administrator, Associate Director, and Director in various departments such as Middle Office, Trade Processing, and Regulatory Compliance.

In 2002, Yeisley joined HSBC Private Bank as a Director, where they were responsible for implementing a standard business model across North and South America. Don held multiple roles within the organization, including Head of Front Office, Client Service, and Head of Client Experience for the Americas.

In 2006, Yeisley briefly worked at Freddie Mac as a Director of Financial, Investments, Derivatives, and Capital Markets Operations before joining Valley Commercial Banking as Chief Administrative Officer for the Private Bank. Don later became First Senior Vice President, Head of Service & Delivery, where they rebuilt the Commercial Bank Client Service platform.

In 2015, Yeisley took on the role of First Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate & Mid-Market Commercial Services at Valley Commercial Banking, where they led a national service organization and played a key role in integrating the bank with legacy Bank Leumi USA.

Throughout their career, Yeisley has focused on enhancing client experience, improving operational efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Don Yeisley attended Adelphi University in Garden City, NY, where they studied Business Management. Don obtained certificates in Intensive Introduction to the Securities Industry, Global Custody & Clearance, and Brokerage Operations from the New York Institute of Finance in New York, NY. Additionally, Don received certifications from various institutions including INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, HSBC Private Bank in Paris, France and London, England, and UBS AG in Zurich, Switzerland. Don also became a member of the Operations & Technology Leadership Counsel at the Federal Home Loan in McLean, Virginia.
