Marcus Seow

Marcus Seow currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Business Management for Global Markets at OCBC Bank since November 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing business operations and promoting a strong Risk & Compliance culture. Prior to this role, Seow held several key positions at Hong Leong Bank Berhad, including AGM of Business Intelligence and Analytics, where the Business Intelligence & Analytics Division was established. Seow also pioneered the ICAAP Department and developed a comprehensive validation policy for risk models. Previous experience includes positions in quantitative risk management, market risk control, and trading across various financial institutions. Seow’s educational background includes advanced degrees from The London School of Economics and political science, INSEAD, the University of Melbourne, and the University of Essex.
