Jacqueline Parker

Jacqueline Parker serves as Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Bank of America since September 2022, while also fulfilling the role of Adjunct Professor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University since August 2019. Prior to these positions, Jacqueline held various roles, including Deputy Director of Consumer Fairness at Citi and Of Counsel at Ballard Spahr LLP. A seasoned professional in fair lending, Jacqueline worked as Senior Fair Lending Counsel at both Synchrony and GE Capital, and served as Senior Counsel at TD Bank USA. Additional experience includes leadership roles at PayPal, Washington Mutual, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Educationally, Jacqueline holds a Master of Laws in Banking from Boston University School of Law, a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School.
