Jessica Lee is a Principal Economist at the Bank of Canada, specializing in global issues within the International Department. Since joining the Bank in January 2013, Jessica has held various positions, including Senior Economist in the Market Structure and Regulation Division and Senior Analyst in the Market Infrastructure Oversight Division. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst and Research Assistant within the Financial Stability Department, as well as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto. Jessica's early career features multiple co-op positions focusing on market analysis and regulatory policy with organizations such as Ontario Power Generation, Ontario Ministry of Finance, and IESO. Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Waterloo.
