Irene Gregoriou Pavlidi

Irene is the Director Human Resources and is responsible for developing and implementing an HR strategy that is in line with the strategy, vision and mission of the Bank.

She joined the Bank in 2002 as a Management Trainee and then worked as a Business Banker in a Retail branch until September 2004. After that, she served as a Corporate Relationship Officer in the Corporate Banking Centre 2 in Limassol until December 2010, before serving as a Human Resource Business Patner in the Limassol Region between 2011 to February 2014. From March 2014 until June 2016, Irene was the Regional Manager of Corporate Arrears Management Units in Limassol. Finally, from July 2016 until August 2019, she was appointed as the Manager of Corporate Banking Centre 2 Limassol.
