Dara Keogan

Dara Keogan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service design and user experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Mobile Service Design at Bank of Ireland since February 2019, Dara previously held the position of Service Design Lead. Prior roles include Senior Business Consultant in Digital & Strategy at BearingPoint, Senior UI/UX Designer at Big Dog Digital, and UI/UX Designer at Friends First. Dara has also contributed as a Digital Project Manager at Digital Skills Academy and as an Associate Designer in various agencies. Dara holds a BA (Hons) in Communication Design from the University of South Wales, a SPA Certificate in Designing Innovative Services from Munster Technological University, and professional education in Human-Computer Interaction from the Interaction Design Foundation. With a strong foundation in digital product design and strategy, Dara is dedicated to enhancing user experiences and delivering innovative solutions.
