Hailey Simmers

Hailey Simmers has a strong background in banking and compliance. Hailey started their career at Security Bank and Trust Company in 2004, where they worked as a Teller/Loan Secretary until 2006, then served as a Branch Manager from 2006 to 2009, and finally took on the role of Compliance/BSA Officer from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, Simmers joined The Bank of Missouri as a Deposit Compliance Officer, and later became Vice President Compliance in 2015.

Hailey Simmers attended Southeast Missouri State University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Hailey also attended ABA National Compliance School and the Graduate School of Banking - Madison, although specific dates and degrees obtained from these institutions are not provided.
