Claudia Lim

Claudia Lim, IHRP-CP, has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Claudia started their career at FWD Insurance in 2016 as a Human Resources Intern. Later that year, they joined KPMG Singapore as an Audit Management Intern. In 2018, Claudia joined Bank of Singapore, Asia's Global Private Bank, as a Management Associate. Claudia then progressed to become an HR Specialist, Associate in 2019. In 2021, they were promoted to HR Business Partner, Senior Associate, and currently serves as an HR Business Partner, Associate Director at the company.

Claudia Lim, IHRP-CP, completed their education with a double degree in Accountancy and Business from NBS Alumni Affairs, NTU, from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Yonsei University. Prior to that, they attended Raffles Institution from 2012 to 2013 and Anglican High School from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Claudia has obtained several certifications, including "Around Fintech in 8 Hours" and "Artificial Intelligence in Finance - OCBC" from CFTE - Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship, "DS101: Introduction to Python Programming" from Hackwagon Academy, "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" from Coursera, and the IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) designation from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP), which they obtained in January 2021.
