Michelle Goh

Michelle Goh is a seasoned CX Researcher at Bank of Singapore, Asia's Global Private Bank, since March 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle served as a Senior Design Consultant at McKinsey & Company from February 2021 to February 2024 and held the position of Lead CX Designer at Afternaut from June 2020 to January 2021. Michelle also worked as a Senior UX Consultant at Objective Experience between June 2018 and June 2020, and as a UX Researcher at MSD from May 2016 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes an Experience Designer role at PebbleRoad in 2015 and an HCI Research Assistant position at NUS Human-Computer Interaction Lab in late 2011. Michelle's educational background includes a User Experience Design certification from General Assembly in 2016, a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from Nanyang Technological University Singapore (2012-2016), and a Diploma in Psychology from Temasek Polytechnic (2009-2012).
