Sean Morrison

Sean Morrison is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Bank of Utah since November 2024, Sean previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Mountain America Credit Union, overseeing talent acquisition, total rewards, HR operations, employee relations, and culture. Other key roles include HR Director for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Vice President of People and Culture at Guckenheimer, HR Director at PepsiCo, and HR positions at Frito-Lay and Procter & Gamble. Sean holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource from Brigham Young University and has a strong educational foundation with degrees from esteemed institutions.
