Citra Paramita

Citra Paramita currently serves as the Retail Banking Digital Strategy Head at PT Bank BTPN Tbk, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this, Citra held the role of Country Head of Grab Finance Indonesia at Grab Financial Group from September 2021 to October 2022. Citra's extensive experience at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia spanned from 2014 to 2021, where multiple senior vice president titles were held, including Executive Advisor and Head of Digital Lending Business. Before that, Citra worked at Citi for over a decade in various vice president positions, focusing on strategic management, business intelligence, and card business development. Citra holds a Master of Management degree from Prasetya Mulya Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Indonesia.
