Abeer Nassar

Abeer Nassar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Abeer is currently working as a Product Design Lead at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). Prior to this, they served as a UX Design Mentor at adplist.org. Abeer also worked at IBM, where they held multiple roles including Design Thinking Coach, Senior UX Consultant - Experience Design, Senior UX Consultant at HSBC UK, and Senior Service Designer at British Petroleum. Abeer was also a Product Design Team Lead for an IBM Internal product. Before joining IBM, they worked at KSYS as a Senior UI/UX Designer and at Nahdet Misr Publishing Group as a Senior UI/UX Designer and Senior Web/Graphic Designer. Abeer also gained experience as a Senior UI Designer and Visual Designer at Esri Northeast Africa (Esri NeA) and as a Trainee at Information Technology Institute (ITI). Abeer'searly career included roles as a Web/Graphic Designer at SWS-it, Nile Age Technology, and Promo Art Agency. Abeer Nassar's education history includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from Helwan University Cairo, obtained from 2004 to 2009. Abeer also received a Degree of Excellence in the Multimedia Department from the Information Technology Institute (ITI) from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Abeer completed a Nanodegree in User Experience from Udacity in 2020. Abeer has obtained various certifications, including a UX Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group in 2020, and multiple certifications from IBM, such as the Cognitive Supply Chain Explorer and IBM Volunteers Engagement Award, both obtained in 2021.
